Session Structure

Pre-Session Consultation: We’ll discuss your health history and goals to tailor the session specifically for you.

During the Session:

  • Sessions are 60-minute long.
  • We use a combination of techniques and tools tailored to your needs.
  • Focus areas are based on your personal requirements.

Post-Session Care: Aftercare advice will be provided to help you maintain the benefits of your massage. We might recommend follow-up treatments and share tips for ongoing self-care.

Client Preparation
To get the most out of your session, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing, arriving on time, and staying hydrated before and after your visit. Please inform us of any medical conditions beforehand.
