Revive is a brand of Elevate Solutions. registered company in Mauritius, committed to providing also high-quality, professional massage services. Their experienced therapists offer a range of modalities to address your individual needs and ensure a personalized and relaxing experience.

Description of Services:

By booking our services clients confirm to have read, understood, and accept all the information listed below.

  1. Please aim to be present in the location at the time of the appointment. If you arrive late your treatment may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings.
  2. A pre-treatment consultation will be had to determine what you would like to achieve from the session and to discuss any muscle complaints or problematic areas requiring more attention.
  3. The treatment bed and tools will be cleaned and sanitized between appointments.
  4. For hygienic reasons the client is requested to take a shower before the treatment.
  5. The massage therapist or client can end the session at any time for any reason.
  6. Any damage caused by the client to the therapist tools and equipment will be reimbursed by the client to the therapist.
  7. If you feel pain or discomfort at any point during your massage, please inform your therapist so that techniques or pressure can be adjusted to your comfort level.
  8. Your modesty is always protected. You will be draped and at no point will genitalia or breast tissue be exposed.
  9. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The treatment session will end if the client engages in any inappropriate behavior including but not limited to illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and/or other inappropriate behavior.
  10. All client consultation forms, and personal client data will be redacted at each session. We will not share your information with anyone else if not requested by the client.
  11. The client agrees to pay the therapist the agreed fee before the end of the treatment.

Medical Waiver & Disclaimer:

Elevate Solutions provides therapeutic massage therapy services. Client agrees to provide any known medical conditions that might be affected by massage services. Elevate Solutions is unable to provide pregnancy massage or post-surgical rehabilitation massage. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions to Elevate Solutions before the start of your message. Medical conditions include but are not limited to: Heart conditions, stroke, diabetes, skin conditions and cancers.

Elevate Solutions cannot diagnose any medical conditions or provide referral for medical treatment or tests.

It is acknowledged that manual therapy, despite its therapeutic objectives, presents a potential for adverse outcomes. These outcomes may manifest as, inter alia, musculoskeletal injury, soft tissue trauma, and the aggravation of existing medical conditions.

Indemnification:

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Elevate Solutions, officers, contractors, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of use of any person or facility provided by Elevate Solutions.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours’ notice is required when cancelling an appointment otherwise this will be counted as a ‘missed session’. You will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% for any missed sessions from then onwards. No-shows, with no warning will be charged 100%.   • Late arrival: Excessive delays may unfortunately require adjusting your treatment duration to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. This could mean a shortened session to ensure the booked time slot is respected.
  • Understanding that unforeseen circumstances may occur, we request that you communicate any delays as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate minor delays.
  • Unfortunately, refunds or discounts will not be offered for shortened sessions due to client delays.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect the therapist’s schedule. In the event of a therapist delay, we are committed to minimizing the impact on your scheduled appointment. We will take the following actions:

  • Extend the session: If possible, the therapist will extend your session to compensate for the delay and ensure you receive the full allocated time. However, this may be limited due to subsequent client appointments.
  • Rescheduling: If extending the session is not feasible, we will offer you the option to reschedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time.

 

Sickness Policy

Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If you arrive for your appointment with the following symptoms, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your treatment.

  • Fever or chills
  • Vomiting or diarrhea 
  • Contagious skin disorders
  • Sore throat or cough
  • Other symptoms of covid or influenza (flu)

Booking and Payment

An appointment is considered booked only when it’s confirmed by the therapist in writing.

Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. A member of the team will be available through email or messaging if you have any questions about this.

Either cash, Juice or PayPal will be accepted at your appointment. If paying with cash, please bring the correct amount as it may not be possible for us to give change because we do not keep money exchange.

If you are a returning client, you will still be given the option to fill out the Client Intake Form. However, you will be able to skip through the health-related questions provided none of your information has changed in the time since your last treatment. It is important that you keep your information up to date. If you have had any new health issues, new diagnosis, medication etc. please fill out the form again. If you have had no changes, you will still be required to agree to the policies and client agreements before submitting your Repeat Client Form.

Force Majeure

Every effort is made by Elevate Solutions to provide the service booked by you, the customer. However, some circumstances beyond our control may prevent this. Examples include (but are not limited to) the following, all of which make it impossible to meet our obligations.

  • Adverse or severe weather conditions such as heavy cyclons, floods or earthquakes
  • Road traffic accidents.
  • Unforeseen traffic delays or road closures.
  • Warfare and acts of terrorism (and threat thereof).
  • Industrial dispute and labor strikes action.
  • Civil strife.
  • Problems caused by other customers.
  • Significant risk to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease.
  • Natural or nuclear disaster.
  • Fire, chemical or biological disaster.
  • Unavoidable technical problems.
  • All similar events outside of Muscle Maintenance Massage’s control.

For the purposes of these booking conditions Force Majeure means any event beyond our control, the consequence of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.

If it is not possible to provide the booked service at the time requested due to Force Majeure, Elevate Solutions will try to reschedule your appointment for another time.

What to Expect

A pre-treatment consultation will be had to determine what you would like to achieve from the session and to discuss any muscle complaints or problematic areas requiring more attention. This allows the therapist to tailor each treatment to your specific needs on the day. It will also allow for a treatment plan to be created for regular sessions if required. This will take between 10 to max 20 minutes.

A Sport Massage therapy session usually lasts between 30 to 45 minutes. It will involve a full body routine where the therapist will work on most or specific major muscle groups of the body. If the client has specific needs, the therapist can concentrate on certain areas of the body. Pressure can be adjusted to suit the client’s preference or needs. If there are certain areas the client would like to avoid, this will be accommodated.

Oil is used on the skin for lubrication to allow for manipulation of the muscles. We generally use grapeseed oil which is hypoallergenic and will occasionally use other items such as arnica, almond or others. If necessary, we will do a patch test at the beginning of each treatment to rule out allergies or reactions. If you would like to request that a different oil is used, we will be happy to accommodate this but will need at least 48 hours’ notice.
